Becky Dole's career and passion is education.  She has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education. Becky began private tutoring and teaching while still in college.  Her other experience includes a total of 23 years teaching in classrooms from preschool to college.

Today, Becky devotes full-time to working individually with students struggling to find success in the classroom.  Her primary goal for every student is for them to learn the necessary knowledge and skills to become an independent learner.

Becky's 28 year old daughter, Erica, is also an educator.  Erica began by teaching music and was a homework helper for Dole Academy. She currently lives in Illinois and is a full-time early child-hood teacher. 

When not working with her students, Becky enjoys a variety of activities.  Her favorite is spending time with her family.  Becky's family, all living in the St. Louis area, lives close enough to allow for weekly visits.  Becky also enjoys her cats, Romeo and Marble.  She loves to read books by John Grisham and James Patterson and play card games.
